Whittenton Law Group, LLC serves its clients through the practice of DUI Defense, Criminal Defense, Business Law, Trusts and Estates, and Personal Injury law throughout the State of Arizona. We regularly help families prepare for the future through the creation of trusts and wills to preserve the wishes of parents for their children, grandchildren, loved ones, and charities. We understand the importance of securing a family’s future and avoiding probate when possible.


Additionally, our attorneys have represented clients in a wide range of criminal matters, including DUI, drug cases, assault, theft, fraud, and identity theft. Our attorneys have handled over 3,000 DUI cases throughout Arizona. We are familiar with the different practices in each courtroom where we have fought. The attorneys of Whittenton Law Group, LLC are passionate about holding the government accountable for its actions, protecting our client’s constitutional rights, and finding the best solutions for every one of them.


We have also assisted small business owners with the purchase of new businesses and national brands with their internal contracts, policies, and protection of their brands and trademarks.


Justin P. Whittenton attended law school at Arizona Summit Law School. He completed his three-year coursework for his juris doctor in only two years while working nights and weekends. During his studies, Justin was the first extern for the Honorable Crane McClennan with the Maricopa County Superior Court, Lower Court Appeals Division. Throughout this externship, Justin authored opinions for the court and gained a deeper understanding of the burdens placed on the State and the nuances of the practice of law.


Prior to practicing law, Justin enjoyed an extensive career in sales where he learned to build lasting relationships with his clientele and colleagues. From his prior career, Justin has become exceptionally adept at interpersonal relationships and maneuvering his clients through the court system. Justin was raised in both Georgia and Arizona and considers himself to be a true Arizonan while never letting go of his Southern roots.
